Meet Kylie Williams, our Sales Support and NSW Office Manager. Kylie looks after a large range of tasks for our Sydney team. A standard day for her includes making sure that the office is supplied with all the necessary items, assisting the sales staff in making sure they have all the correct resources such as quotes, and invoicing and ordering products for our customers. Kylie also ensures all our records are complete and up to date.
Before joining MOQdigital over a year ago, Kylie was an Internal Sales administrator/ PA to the Global Director in another technology company. She was in this role for 12 years, during which Kylie progressed from a receptionist through various roles to her last title. Kylie loves a challenge, and we are lucky to have someone with such experience and determination in such an important role.
We asked Kylie what she was passionate about inside and outside of work, and she told us that she “is passionate about customer service”, she goes on to say that “a happy customer will always have a good word to say about us, and that’s really important to me for future and current work”. We agree with Kylie’s passion! Outside of work, Kylie is passionate about her family and cooking. She loves experimenting with new foods and cooking for everyone. Besides her love for cooking, she said that she loves to go camping, to the gym, playing poker and going shopping. We have heard rumours that Kylie is a great poker player, so hopefully once COVID restrictions lift fully in Sydney we can have a friendly game!
As mentioned earlier, Kylie has been with us over a year now, and we were interested to find out what Kylie enjoys about MOQdigital. Kylie said to us that “working with MOQdigital is great, I love working with my colleagues and friends. I also have a great work life balance which is important to me.” She went on to say that she feels really supported from the teams both in NSW and in our other offices. Kylie is an integral piece of MOQdigital, she supports sales teams and the Sydney office in many ways. Through such a tough year Kylie has played a key role in keeping things together and supporting staff, and we are so lucky to have her on board. We can't wait to see what the coming years look like for Kylie.
