  5.   6. Selling the Service: End-users need to be marketed to with a sound marketing plan and promotional strategy, especially for internal staff. Comprehensive, brand-relevant marketing will help improve awareness, increase training efficiency, and showcase the benefits of the new service.
  7. Distribution: An end user strategy cannot be appropriately adopted if it is not appropriately distributed. Companies need to ensure that the right people are trained, contributing, and engaging with their service in order to get the most out of their investment.
