Introducing Our New CSP Commerce Experience

AdobeStock_282753146Over the last few months MOQdigital has been changing up how we deliver our services as a Cloud Solution Provider, otherwise known as a CSP. The result: the creation and implementation of our New Commerce Experience. 

As a Cloud Solution Provider, MOQdigital acts as a direct link between Microsoft and you, the consumer, through the Microsoft Azure landscape. Where other providers may require you to work with multiple different provider companies for different services, we act as your single point of contact. As a result, we’re able to offer you access to Microsoft’s entire suite of applications and services, at a fraction of the cost of other CSPs. 

Our New Commerce Experience was created in order to ensure we’re able to continue offering you this unparalleled access, in combination with a suite of support services, while still allowing us to adapt to the rapid advances in the industry. 


What Is Included In The New Commerce Experience? 


Currently the infrastructure offered by us as part of our New Commerce Experience through Microsoft includes: 

  • Windows 10 E3/E5 
  • Office 365 
  • EMS E3/E5 
  • Microsoft 365 
  • Windows 365 
  • Power Platform 
  • Dynamics 365

All of the above applications and platforms are offered as part of a 12-month subscription model, with Dynamics 365 also having the option to lock it in for a 36-month subscription term. 

At MOQdigital, we understand that sometimes the success of your business or organisation can be unpredictable, especially in these unprecedented times. That’s why we’ve made it our mission with our New Commerce Experience to ensure we’re able to offer you the flexibility and support you need to keep doing what you do best with the help of technology. 

To that end, one of the biggest changes we’ve implemented with the New Commerce Experience is the overhaul of our subscription models. 


What Are The New Subscription Models? 

Our new subscription models are designed around the idea of providing you with the maximum level of flexibility, so you are better able to tailor your partnership with us to the needs of your particular organisation or business. 

As of October 14th, the billing models MOQdigital provide are: 

  • Monthly, which can be thought of as a fully flexible airfare with you paying a slight premium for the ability to upgrade at any time. 
  • Annually, which is the equivalent of a saver airfare requiring you to make a commitment for the quantity and term of your subscription but also providing you with the option to upgrade if you need to. 
  • 36-Month Term, which can be thought of as a business class ticket or enterprise agreement. With this model you are able to lock in the price of your subscription for the length of your term but are required to make a 3-year commitment in exchange. You can also choose from a monthly, annual or upfront billing cycle, to provide you with even greater flexibility. 
    • Currently the only application available on a 36-month term is Dynamics 365, though more products will be offered once Microsoft has released them. 

 Each subscription model has a 72-hour cooling off period, after which you will be locked into the terms of the model you opted for. All of our existing CSP customers will also be transitioned from their legacy model to one of these new models, with our team ready and waiting to help make the transition as smooth as possible.
